About me


Jamie started performing stand-up in 2013 when he performed his first Edinburgh Fringe show ‘That funny Blind Guy’ to packed houses. He quickly established himself on the Scottish comedy scene. He has performed 6 solo Fringe shows all with the prestigious Assembly promoter. All shows have received Steller reviews and in 2019 Jamie took his show Designated Driver on a Scotland wide tour. In 2017 he was named on the BBC’s hot talent list. A list dedicated to listing the most exciting comics out there.

Jamie has appeared twice on the award winning BBC comedy Scot Squad; featured on radio 4’s Fred at the stand: BBC Scotland’s Comedy Underground and in March became the first ever blind comedian to appear on a TV panel show – ‘Breaking the news’. He was also invited to speak at the world famous Oxford Student Union.


As well as comedy Jamie is a professional voice over artist voicing ads for Tennants; the Scottish Government; and narrated the prime time BBC documentary ‘Without Limits’.
